Ingredients
4 cups rhubarb
2 cups aronia
2 cups sugar (or adjust to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer until thickened.
Excellent on pancakes, as a pastry filling, by itself, on ice cream, maybe a pie. Use your imagination!
