Aronia Orange Bread

Ingredients
- 2 C. Flour 
- ½ C. Sugar 
- ½ t. Baking Soda 
- ½ t. Salt 
- 2 t. Butter, melted 
- 1 Lg Egg (slightly beaten) 
- 1 t. Vanilla or almond extract 
- 1 C. Frozen or fresh Aronia Berries coarsely chopped 
- 1 Med Orange 
- Few Walnuts 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Line with Parchment paper that has been sprayed. 
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together in large bowl 
- Grate the zest from the orange and set aside. 
- Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup. Add the grated zest and melted butter to the juice and add enough orange juice to make 1 C. 
- Stir the liquids into the dry ingredients. Add the egg, extract, walnuts and Aronia Berries; stir to mix. 
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 Hr or until golden brown. Cool in pan and remove to wire rack. Now enjoy the tasty Aronia Orange Bread with your family
